Mr. Borenstein has over 30 years of experience in various senior leadership positions with Honeywell International. Most recently he was a Vice President at its Aerospace Company responsible for all pricing and negotiating activities of that $10 billion global business. Previously, he was President of a $120 million electronics division in Tucson, Arizona and prior to that a leader of its $800 million global environmental and energy systems product line with operations in Torrance, California, Toronto Canada and Tempe, Arizona. Mr. Borenstein also served on the board of Directors of two European Aerospace companies: Secan in Paris, France and Normal-Air Garrett Limited in London, England. He has lectured at the UCLA Anderson School of Business MBA program on the topics of pricing and negotiating practices.
Mr. Borenstein holds an MBA in finance at the UCLA Graduate School of Management and a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of California in Berkeley. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi honor society Alpha Chapter at Berkeley. |
