Drawing on more than a decade of search experience, Henry assists capital markets, equity derivatives, and structured products clients. He has completed assignments for most senior management positions including managing directors, group heads, and leadership roles critical to the success of growth initiatives such as global expansion and product introductions. A member of the firm’s Global Financial Services Practice, Henry regularly collaborates with clients in building teams located in major financial centers around the globe. Henry’s search career has been dedicated to serving financial services clients. Early affiliations include Robert Walters and Astbury Marsden, where he assisted companies in attracting talent for middle office and risk functions. While with Korn/Ferry Futurestep and Odgers, he focused on senior investment banking assignments. Later he joined the Sandton Group and Madison Maclean as a director. He was responsible for recruiting talent to lead derivatives and equity-linked products areas for investment banking clients. Prior to embarking on a career in executive search, Henry was a lawyer with a prominent London-based law firm. He provided consultation to and represented a variety of clients. Henry graduated from Royal Holloway College, University of London. He completed studies in law. Henry is based in the firm’s London office. |
