Henry Nothhaft currently serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Danger, Inc., a privately-held wireless software and services provider, where he has directed the company from its initial product launch to its present position as a market leader in the mobile internet market. Previously, Nothhaft served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Concentric Network Corporation. From 1995 to 2001, Nothhaft was instrumental in guiding the company through its successful IPO and its merger with NextLink in 1999, which created XO Communications. Prior to Concentric, Nothhaft held executive roles at DSC Communications Corporation, including senior vice president of marketing, and group president, in addition to serving as a member of its Board of Directors. Nothhaft has also served as vice president of marketing and vice president of sales for GTE Telenet Communications Corporation (now Sprint). Mr. Nothhaft has an M.B.A. from George Washington University and a B.S. degree with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy, and he is a former officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
