Dr. Edmunds joined Audex® in October 2000. Prior to Audex®, Dr. Edmunds was Chief Financial Officer at Prometheus in San Diego and Chief Financial Officer of SangStat Medical Corporation. While at SangStat, the company completed an IPO and follow on financings of over $100 million. During his tenure at Prometheus, the company completed $26 million in financing. Dr. Edmunds holds an AB from Yale University, a Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. |
