Henry M. Baroco currently serves as our president and chief operating officer, positions he assumed on December 9, 2005. From January 31, 2003 to December 9, 2005 Mr. Baroco served as our chief executive officer. Mr. Baroco was our chief operating officer beginning in 2001 after our merger with Towne Services, Inc. Mr. Baroco served as president, chief operating officer and a director of Towne Services, Inc. from September 1996 until October 1999, and he served as chief executive officer of Towne Services, Inc. from October 1999 to February 2000. Before joining Towne, Mr. Baroco was senior vice president and general manager of the vendor finance division of CIT Industrial Finance, and had also served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Norwest Equipment Finance. Mr. Baroco also has more than 19 years of experience with GE Capital, where he last served as national sales manager of its vendor finance business. |
