Mr. Bachman became a director of the Company in January 1999 and has a 48 year career in the electronics industry. From 1951 to 1996, Mr. Bachman served as Vice President of Hazeltine, a subsidiary of Marconi Aerospace Systems Inc., Advanced Systems Division, on a full-time basis and currently provides consulting services to them on a part-time basis. Mr. Bachman was President of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Mr. Bachman has a Bachelor degree and Masters degree from Polytechnic University as well as completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Sloan School of Management. |
