Henry G. Koziol, Jr., CPA, CFPTM, graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Canisius College in 1983. During his career, his responsibilities have included overall coordination of services provided to a wide range of clients, both private and publicly held. These services include the preparation and presentation of financing proposals, personal and corporate cash flow analyses, income and estate tax planning, bankruptcy and workout consulting, and forecast and projections. Mr. Koziol's areas of expertise include wholesaling and retailing, manufacturing, oil and gas syndication, and construction. Mr. Koziol has served as a member of a peer review team, the purpose of which is to ensure the quality control of certified public accounting firms. In addition, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Buffalo Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also responsible for developing and instituting the firm's technology plan, and is a member of the practice development, construction and executive committees. Along with his professional affiliations, Mr. Koziol is past Chairman of the Board of the Western New York Chapter of the American Diabetes Association and serves on numerous committees for the New York State affiliate and is actively involved in the Canisius College Alumni Association. He has also provided various forms of assistance to the Allentown Independent Living Center and the American Heart Association and is a graduate of the Leadership of Buffalo program. |
