Henry E. Blair has been a director and officer of Dyax Corp. since co-founding it in 1989. Mr. Blair has been Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1997. Previously, Mr. Blair served as Chairman of the Board and President of our company since its merger with Protein Engineering Corporation in 1995. Additionally, Mr. Blair is a director of Genzyme Corporation a company he co-founded in 1981. He also co-founded Biocode, Inc., and GelTex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to its acquisition by Pfizer, Inc. in February 2004, Mr. Blair was a director of Esperion Therapeutics, Inc. |
