Henry D. G. Wallace was named to Lear’s board of directors in February 2005.
Wallace worked for 30 years at Ford Motor Company until his retirement in 2001 and held several executive-level operations and financial oversight positions, most recently as group vice president, Mazda & Asia Pacific Operations in 2001, chief financial officer in 2000 and group vice president, Asia Pacific Operations in 1999.
Wallace also serves as a director of AMBAC Financial Group, Inc., Diebold, Inc. and Hayes-Lemmerz International, Inc. |
