Henry A. McKinnell, Jr., age 64, is Chairman of the Governance and Compensation Committee, is a member of the Audit Committee and serves as the Lead Independent Director of the Board of Directors. Dr. McKinnell served as Chairman of the Board of Pfizer Inc. from May 2001 to December 2006 and Chief Executive Officer from January 2001 to July 2006.
