Henri R. Hornby, CEO, Director, Secretary. Henri has served in nearly all corporate officer positions with mainly public companies since 1988. Prior to 1988 he had co-founded two private companies, the first IPG was a successful marketing firm specializing in the production of infomercials; the second was Adven Securities, a brokerage firm which at one time employed over 50 persons. Prior to those activities Henri had graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in economics. In January 2004, Henri co-founded C A Networks Inc., a venture company intended to acquire other businesses. In May 2005 Competitive Companies Inc, a small telcom company that was publicly registered but had never been made publicly trading was the acquisition made by C A Networks. Although the merger was done in May 2005, Henri only became CEO in March 2006 after two previous CEO’s had resigned. Henri was successful in gaining trading status for the company, and is currently leading a course change by the company to deliver telcom services to its customers using new technologies. |
