Henley R. Webb, Jr. (Sam) is an associate in the Real Estate Department of our Boston office. His practice encompasses all transactional real estate matters, with an emphasis on acquisitions and dispositions, financings, development, leasing, and REITs. Mr. Webb also has extensive experience representing entrepreneurs and investors in venture and traditional financings as well as entity formation and dispositions, and he has negotiated domestic and international corporate mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in transactions of all sizes. Mr. Webb s clients include public and private companies, local, national and international banks, developers, REITs and other institutional investors.
