Mr. Lu chairman of the Company, graduated from The Shandong Institute of Economics in accounting and is a PRC qualified accountant. Before joining the Company on December 15, 2003, he had been working in the oil and grain industry for over 30 years. Prior to joining the Company, he was the director of Oil and Grain Bureau of Longkou, Shandong PRC where he had worked since 1975. He has extensive experience in the management of agricultural and food related enterprises and strategic planning.
