Helena brings a valuable skill set of developing implementation and product release management methodologies to Click4Care. Helena oversees ThinkHealth implementations, with a keen eye toward process improvements and achieving high return on investment for customers. Previously, Helena was part of the healthcare and life sciences team at Deloitte Consulting, where she managed projects involving benefit designs, claims operations, patient financial services and regulatory compliance. Prior to Deloitte Consulting, she held leadership positions at Firepond, a provider of interactive selling software solutions. Helena also worked at Epic Systems, where she managed the implementation of EMR/Revenue Cycle software packages. Helena has a Masters in economics from the University of Wisconsin, Bachelors in business from St. Norbert College in Wisconsin and Masters in Industrial Electronics from Kharkov State Polytechnic University in the Ukraine. She is also a published author on electronics, finance and trade issues |
