Helen Roberts is a seasoned software-as-a-service executive bringing over 20 years of experience in customer relationship management and information technology to CTSpace. In her role as President, Technology and Services, Helen is responsible for setting the technology and services direction and leads product development, professional services and operations. Formerly COO for Citadon, she will architect the technology roadmap for both the Citadon and BuildOnline products moving forward. Previously, Helen was COO for Responsys, where she managed the development of the solutions, services and operational support necessary to provide clients with increasingly richer online marketing solutions. As Executive VP in charge of operations for Benefit America, she built and managed the product development, client services and IT organisation, and was instrumental in integrating all aspects of BenefitAmerica operations with UnumProvident after the acquisition in 2001. Helen was also VP of Marketing and Client Services in the Employer Services division of ADP and led the development and implementation of a corporate-wide client relationship management platform delivered to 6,000 associates in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Helen received her B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh. |
