Heinz T. Juchmes joined Signium International - Germany as Managing Partner in 1991. He started his executive search career in 1983 with Heidrick & Struggles, was Manager of the Munich office as well as of the German IT Practise Group and later on Partner and Member of the International Board of Directors.

His executive search career experience includes assignments ranging from Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officers to senior executive positions in the IT, telecommunications and automotive industry. He is specialised in conducting searches for Finance Directors and CFOs across industry sectors.His clients are multinational firms from Germany, France, the Far East and the US.

Prior to his executive search career, he worked for the Xerox Group where he held various HR positions, the last as HR Director. Through a scholarship, sponsored by the German government, he took part in a work study program in the United States.

He holds a B.S. degree in business adminstration / HR management from the business college Mönchengladbach, Germany.
