Experience:
Dr. Heinrich von Bünau focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (private and public transactions), joint ventures, corporate and commercial matters. Dr. von Bünau also advises real estate investors (including real estate funds) in connection with the acquisition and disposal of real estate portfolios and companies.
Dr. von Bünau speaks English in addition to his native German. Earlier in his career, he served as a business apprentice and commercial clerk for Hüls AG (now Degussa AG).
