Mr. Stenger has served as a Director of the Company since October 1997. Mr. Stenger is the Managing Director of EPP, Electronic Production Partners GmbH located in Munich, Germany and the Managing Director of STRATUS VISION GmbH also located in Munich, Germany. Mr. Stenger served as Vice President of European Operations for Electro Scientific Industries from 1977 to 1987. Mr. Stenger received his engineering degree from the Engineering University Munich, Germany.
