was elected a member of the Supervisory Board in November 2006. Mr. Kreutzer is ‘Diplom-Ingenieur’ and ‘Diplom-Ökonom’. He studied at the Technical University of Berlin and the University of Hagen. He worked at several companies, including General Telephone & Electronics in Waltham, USA, and Alcatel in Stuttgart, Germany. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Kreutzer was a member of the Management Board, and was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Alcatel SEL AG. From 2004 to April 2006, he was Managing Director of Kabel Deutschland GmbH in Munich, Germany. Mr. Kreutzer is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Micronas Semiconductor AG in Zurich, Switzerland and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Micronas Semiconductor GmbH in Freiburg, Germany.
