Heike brings over 16 years of experience in both the U.S. and Germany to her projects. She has gained extensive experience as a project architect on mountain, multi-building condominium and mixed use projects located in Colorado and Utah. Her strong project management abilities is reflected in a recent client comment that her team had produced "the best set of construction documents" they had ever seen. Heike is a mentor to her team, guiding, and challenging them both within OZ and outside. She also brings understanding of the developer's and contractor's interests and concerns relating to function, cost, schedule, and project success. Her talents in hotel, resort and retail design, and complicated, multi-building or phased projects, have made Heike a "go-to" leader in the firm. Licensed in Colorado since 1998, Heike has a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor Degree in Interior Architecture. |
