Heidi's practice is concentrated in the areas of family law and appellate advocacy. She is a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Family Law Specialist and a Certified Family Financial Mediator. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Heidi served a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Willis P. Whichard, Associate Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court and practiced for two years in Charlotte, North Carolina. Heidi received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her J.D. from Wake Forest University, where she was a member of the National Moot Court Team and the Moot Court Board.
