As the director of sales support for Noel-Levitz, Heather Wilson provides strategic support for the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. Ms. Wilson also oversees the day-to-day activities of the enrollment sales team and analyzes overall marketing and sales effectiveness. Ms. Wilson creates customized proposals that detail the strategic direction for the company’s campus projects, working with Noel-Levitz consultants to shape the scope of each project to the specific needs of the campus. Her responsibilities include the coordination and management of new client acquisition and system sales initiatives. She also manages the client reference project, documenting the objectives, actions, and results of these consulting partnerships. Ms. Wilson holds master’s degrees from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and the University of Iowa. She is currently completing her doctorate degree in higher education administration from the University of Iowa. |
