Heather leads InterCall's Fortune 500 and Global Client Sales Team. Since joining InterCall in September 1995, Heather has held a variety of positions, including National Account Director, Regional Vice President, General Manager of National Accounts, Account Executive, and was responsible for the initiation of the National Account Channel. Prior to joining InterCall, Heather was in Retail Management at Marshall Fields in Chicago, a Retail Buyer at Montgomery Wards in Chicago, and a successful entrepreneur, managing her own accounting business.
