Heather Pfeiffer joined MSS in March of 2006 as Director of Marketing. Heather brings 15 years of extensive experience. She successfully leads MSS in marketing strategy and execution, with primary responsibility in building awareness of the Foresee PHP. Responsibilities include branding, direct marketing, sales support, advertising, event marketing, and PR management. Prior to joining MSS, Heather’s experience included developing direct marketing campaigns for DirecTV and Fingerhut. She has also designed loyalty and coalition programs, as well as online market research projects for Haagen-Dazs and ESPN. At Fallon, she worked on advertising and website promotions for BMW and United Airlines. Just previous to MSS, Heather was VP of Business Development for Reshare Corporation, where she did B-to-B sales and developed the company’s electronic marketing pieces and sales collateral. Heather graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kenyon College with a B.A. in Psychology and Departmental Honors in Spanish Literature. She has completed additional marketing and writing coursework at the University of Minnesota and The Loft Literary Center. Heather and her husband, Richard, live in Minneapolis with their cat, Stanley. She is an avid runner with a passion for cooking. |
