Heather Klebe concentrates her practice on the defense of commercial motor vehicles and their insurers. Ms. Klebe graduated magna cum laude from the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University in 2005 where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship for academic excellence. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002 from Juniata College. Ms. Klebe served as the law clerk for the Honorable Terrence R. Nealon, Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, Scranton, Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania as well as before the U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. |
