Heather Averbook is Vice President of Operations, where she is responsible for all facets of internal operations for Knowledge Infusion, including finance, human resources, IT, and resource management. She brings more than 14 years of experience in the HR and technology industry in roles including HR, sales, consulting, and marketing.
From 2000 to 2005, Averbook held several positions with PeopleSoft, Inc., most recently as the Global Solution Consultant for Learning Management. In this role, she was responsible for helping organizations around the world understand how the PeopleSoft Learning Management and additional talent management solutions can increase workforce performance and reduce operational costs. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Heather worked at Entersolve, Inc., a technology consulting organization, implementing PeopleSoft HRMS solutions She also held positions at US West (now Qwest) and Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in marketing and HR positions. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. |
