Experience:
Heather H. Martin is an associate in the firm’s Washington DC office, where she is a member of the litigation practice group. Heather concentrates her practice in white collar defense, securities enforcement defense and securities litigation. She has significant trial experience in federal district court, and has represented clients before U.S. Courts of Appeals, the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange.
Prior to entering private practice Heather served as a judicial law clerk at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
Previously, Heather worked at Fidelity Investments as a NASD Series 7 Registered Representative.
