Heather C. Sears joined the Company as Vice President Trade Compliance in 2008. Previously Ms. Sears served as the Director & Counsel US Compliance & Security at Cobham plc the Director & Counsel International Trade Compliance for Smiths Technologies North America Inc. and the Director of Compliance at TRW Aeronautical Systems where she successfully implemented numerous compliance programs. Other previous positions include legal counsel in both corporate and private practices. Ms. Sears has lectured extensively on international trade regulations and corporate compliance programs. She holds two Bachelor of Science Degrees from Francis Marion University a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in International Management from University of Maryland and a Juris Doctorate Degree from University of Baltimore School of Law. Heather is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland. |
