Ms. Cook is the Executive Operations Manager of Laux & Company. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Company, which includes public relations and marketing activities, accounts payable and receivable, banking, vendor relations, maintenance of all computer systems and office equipment, database management, website design, development and maintenance, and special projects.
In addition to her Operations responsibilities, Ms. Cook is directly involved in client engagements through memorandum development and preparation, Internet and database research, assisting with due diligence, as well as organizing and overseeing the administrative portion of the transaction process.
Prior to joining Laux & Company, Ms. Cook was a Corporate Paralegal with the Cleveland office of McDonald Hopkins Co., LPA where she worked in the Business Department focusing on mergers and acquisitions and commercial finance transactions. |
