Heather Rollo was appointed Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in June 2006. Prior to that time she served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since February 2005. Ms. Rollo has extensive experience in the gaming industry through experience as a consultant and auditor and through employment as a finance executive at a casino operator. From 2004 through 2005 she was employed as a Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young LLP where she assisted in establishing their Las Vegas office. From 2003 through 2004 she served as Director of Accounting at Ameristar Casinos Inc. From 1998 through 2003 she served in various audit and consulting roles with Deloitte and Touche LLP and Arthur Andersen where she worked with virtually all of the large casino operators and suppliers worldwide. Ms. Rollo earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration and her Masters degree in Accountancy from Southern Utah State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
