Heath L. Golden joined the Company as Vice President of Business Development and Assistant Secretary in August of 2005. In May 2006 he assumed the additional position of General Counsel and in June of 2006 he also assumed the role of Vice President of Administration and Secretary. Prior to joining Hampshire, Mr. Golden was an attorney with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from March of 2003 through July of 2005 and prior to that with Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. from April of 2000 until March of 2003. Mr. Golden began his career in the private practice of law in 1999.
