Heath Uppencamp graduated in 1998 from Purdue University where he majored in Psychology and Law & Society. Mr. Uppencamp was also a four-year letter winner as a pitcher for the Boilermaker baseball team. In 2005, he graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he participated in the school's civil litigation clinic, thereby gaining significant litigation experience while providing legal counsel to local community members. Mr. Uppencamp was also active the Sports Law program at the College of Law.
Mr. Uppencamp's legal practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation. Even though Mr. Uppencamp's practice encompasses a variety of fields, he devotes much of his time to the areas of environmental litigation and product liability defense.
Mr. Uppencamp also devotes significant time to his work as a sports agent, where he focuses on the representation of professional baseball players in all aspects of their careers, including contract negotiation, endorsement deals and player development.
Mr. Uppencamp is licensed to practice in Indiana, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District and Southern District of Indiana. Mr. Uppencamp is a registered Athlete-Agent in the states of Indiana and Louisiana.
