Mr. Roberts is responsible for the oversight of all administrative and operational activities in the Delaware office of Tiedemann Trust Company. Mr. Roberts is also responsible for all facets of client service and account administration for a select group of families. In addition, Mr. Roberts is responsible for coordinating all tax and legal filings on behalf of clients and also serves as Corporate Secretary of the Company.

Prior to joining Tiedemann Trust Company, Hayes worked for J.P. Morgan specializing in corporate reorganizations of foreign and domestic securities. While at J.P. Morgan, Hayes also worked jointly with international companies and the NYSE and NASD to bring about new stock issues. Prior to working at J.P. Morgan, Hayes practiced law in Pennsylvania and worked as an accountant in both Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Hayes received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from Rider University and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law. Hayes is admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
