Hattie O’Neill works with a varied consortium of clients to help them attract and hire the best talent. Her expertise is finding intelligent, thoughtful and creative professionals who excel in sales, finance, marketing and several other industries.
Ms. O’Neill joined Bell Oaks in 2006 as a search consultant, and was quickly promoted to senior consultant. Originally from the Jersey shore, she moved to Atlanta from Texas where she earned a Masters degree in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. She began her training as a counselor upon completion of her degree.
This experience prepared her well for her current profession of executive search. Her understanding of a career change as an important and potentially distressing event allows her to empathize and coach candidates through the process.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from Furman University where her love of all things French began. It led her to study abroad in Versailles, France during her time at Furman. An avid reader, Ms. O’Neill divides her cerebral time between books on finance, cooking, French culture and religion. She is currently in training to run her second marathon. She lives in Midtown Atlanta. |
