Mr. Schein brings more than 25 years of financial and operational management experience having served as both CFO and CEO of technology based companies. He has successfully managed finance, IPOs, M&A, and operations for investor-funded and publicly traded companies. Prior to TAGSYS, Mr. Schein served as Client Service Leader for Accountability Outsourcing, a premier provider of senior financial support to start-up entities. Prior to that, as CFO, EVP then CEO of Lexicon, Inc. he managed the company's finance and business operations, led the company’s initial public offering and successful merger into Harman International Industries. Before entering private industry, he was a senior manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, with a focus on high technology, multi-national clients. Mr. Schein is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
