Mr. Lawner

has over twenty years of experience in the area of executive search. He has placed over 500 of the top executive talent for start-up ventures as well as multi-national corporations.

A partial list of clients for whom he has worked are: EMC, Sun, Crosscomm, Adlex, Geotel, Paceline Systems, SystemSoft, Stratus, Informio, Cisco and NBX. In addition, Mr. Lawner has been instrumental in the raising of funds for new ventures in the high technology marketplace, as well as providing a variety of consulting services to those ventures.

Prior to his executive search work, Mr. Lawner was President of the Americas for Acorn Computers Ltd., the leading interactive educational company in Europe with revenues in excess of $400 million. At Acorn, Mr. Lawner grew this new venture from 1-75 employees with $3 million in revenue in two years.

Prior to this Mr. Lawner held various senior positions at Sony Corporation, Microcomputer, Data General Corporation (EMC) and Digital Equipment Corporation (Compaq/HP). Mr. Lawner started his career with Bunker-Ramo Corporation where he assisted in the design and implementation of system software for the NASDAQ Stock Exchange.
