Harvey B. Steinman works in the firm’s Columbia office. Mr. Steinman concentrates his practice in business and real estate matters. His real estate practice includes real estate acquisition, development and sales; and both landlord and tenant commercial and retail leasing. Mr. Steinman’s business practice includes the provision of counsel to privately held entities engaged in a wide variety of businesses, such as with respect to day-to-day business dealings; sales and acquisitions of businesses; and the entry into various business relationships such as limited liability companies, joint ventures and partnerships. Mr. Steinman earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. After graduation, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Herbert F. Murray of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
