Harry Stout serves as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and CFO. From August 1991 until the merger of KCS Energy into Petrohawk Energy Corporation during August 2006, he served as President of KCS Energy Services, Inc. where he was responsible for closing more than $400 million in producer finance acquisitions. He was also responsible for the direction and supervision of all legal and marketing matters. From August 2006 until he joined Petro Resources Corporation in June 2007, Mr. Stout had worked as a consultant to Petrohawk Energy Corporation in the areas of contract review, coordination of litigation, and the preparation and finalization of derivative oil and gas hedge instruments. Mr. Stout received a B.S. degree from Stephen F. Austin State College and a J. D. from St. Mary’s School of Law. |
