Harry Starkweather is senior partner and officer responsible for the operations of E-Source, Inc., and its subsidiaries. Providing leadership in strategic planning, organization and business development, he works with a talented and experienced E-Source team to implement the operating plans for the company in partnership with factory management. He has also shared his professional expertise and business acumen through service on a number of industry leadership councils. With over 25 years of experience in the food service industry, he has held roles as region sales manager, national accounts manager, and retail national accounts manager, working for leading manufacturers including Hobart Corporation and InterMetro. He co-founded E-Source in August 1993 with partners Mary Lee Cruz and Chris Barta. Harry is the company visionary. He is constantly looking for new opportunities to increase sales, improve quality and customer service. Harry resides in Los Colinas with his wife, Lisa, and has four children. He enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with his family. |
