Mr. Scarborough has served as Vice President, Business Development of MMC since December 2006. Prior to that time, Mr. Scarborough was the General Manager of the 750MW Calpine Pastoria Energy Facility located near Bakersfield, CA . Mr. Scarborough also held the position of Director of Operations and Maintenance for Enron Wind Company, and International Regional Manager for Stewart Stevenson Operations Inc. His responsibilities included directing eight plant managers in the daily operation of 600Mw of combustion turbine generation in Australia, India, UAE, and China. In addition to his fifteen years of commercial plant operations experience, Mr. Scarborough also served twenty years in various propulsion engineering assignments aboard numerous U.S. Navy ships. Mr. Scarborough earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration from National University and a Master of Science in Management from Chapman University. |
