Harry joined SDI in 2005 and has extensive experience that encompasses a variety of financial, accounting, and operational management roles in various companies and industries, domestic and international, including manufacturing, government contracting, transportation, software development. Prior to joining SDI Harry was President of a Health Care software development company providing software products to companies throughout the world. Harry has worked with several investment firms as Chief Financial Officer within their companies to assist in developing and implementing strategic plans as well as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Prior to 1985 Mr. Rector was a line pilot & instructor pilot for Continental Airlines, and served in the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserve as a Naval Aviator. Prior to entering the Navy, Mr. Rector worked for one of the large national accounting firms as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Rector has a B.S. in Business/Accounting from the University of Indiana and a Master of Business Administration, with honors, from Pepperdine University. |
