Harry Durity was previously the Corporate Vice President, Worldwide Business Development for Automatic Data Processing Inc. Mr. Durity headed ADP's mergers and acquisitions group and was a member of its executive committee. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Durity served as a Senior Vice President/Corporate Development for Revlon Consumer Products Company, a personal care products company, and also served on Revlon’s executive committee. From January 1990 to January 1993, Mr. Durity was president of the Highlands Group, a boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. Prior thereto, he served as a Vice President/Corporate Development for RJR Nabisco Inc., a consumer products company, from October 1980 to December 1989. Mr. Durity is a Director of National Medical Health Card Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: NMHC) and OrthAlliance Inc. (NYSE: OCA). |
