Having spent the prior 25+ years in the medical device industry as President, General Manager, VP, etc. with 5 major companies, he believed that the recruiting industry could use a touch of professionalism, ethics and honesty. He has a wealth of industry experience, clearly understands the recruiting process, has always been a good judge of character and possesses a passion for the business. His focus is in middle to executive level management and performs both retain and contingency searches.
