Mr. Currie was elected as the VP, Finance, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer in October of 2003. Since joining the company in November of 1998, Mr. Currie has served in the capacity of Controller, Treasurer and Acting Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining us, he was employed as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of SpectraCell Laboratories from 1993 to 1998 where he also served as Vice President of Finance for two subsidiary companies. Mr. Currie earned his B.B.A. from Southwestern University in 1986 and his M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin in 1992. Prior to returning to school for his M.B.A., Mr. Currie was a certified public accountant with Deloitte & Touche LLP.
