Mr. Wolin concentrates his practice in the area of intellectual property. In particular, he focuses on domestic and international patent, trademark, copyright and licensing matters. Mr. Wolin specializes in providing strategic and commercial counseling to leverage intellectual property strategies and to maximize and achieve business objectives. Mr. Wolin has corporate experience with a major multinational consumer products company, where he was involved with the preparation and global prosecution of all patent applications for a single product category, management of invention record prioritization and annuity reviews, conducting patentability, validity, infringement and clearance investigations, and preparation of all intellectual property related agreements.
