The H. W. Wilson Company is led by Harold Regan, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Regan began his career with the Company in 1974 when he was given responsibility for Human Resources and Corporate Administration. In January 1984 he was appointed Vice-President and was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company in 1986. Following the retirement in 1995 of Leo M. Weins, Mr. Regan was elected President and CEO.
In addition to his major responsibilities in Human Resources and the management of the Company's manufacturing department, he has directed various projects involving business development, editorial and computer services operations.
Prior to joining H.W. Wilson, Mr. Regan was Director of Personnel and Labor Relations at Rheingold Breweries, Inc. He is a graduate of St. John's University from which he received the B.B.A. Following US Army service in Vietnam he enrolled in the graduate business program at Long Island University and received the M.B.A. in Labor Relations Law.
