Mr. McDonald manages all revenue cycle operations of the Sonix Diagnostic Imaging Division. He has over 15 years experience in health care revenue cycle operations at large and small group practices, hospitals, and academic institutions. While a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting and Executive Director at FOCUS Healthcare Solutions, Inc, Mr. McDonald managed comprehensive projects focusing on revenue cycle operations in the areas of operations improvement, cost reduction and revenue enhancement. He also served as Vice President of Product Management for RealMed which focused on providing real time processing of insurance claims for healthcare practitioners. Mr. McDonald also brings significant experience as a former Director of Patient Accounts. He has an MBA in health services management and finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Harold also is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and American College of Healthcare Executives.
