Harold Kawaguchi has over 30 years of management and board experience working with emerging growth companies. He currently sits on the boards of Innuity and Therus Corporation and is chairman of Stratos Product Development L.L.C a privately-held technology development company.
Most notably Harold was senior vice president of Physio-Control a leading medical device company where he participated through its growth years to its merger with Eli Lilly and Company.
He is past chairman of the Washington chapter of the American Electronics Association (AEA) as well as past board member of Pacer Corporation Wall Data Red Hook Brewery Ekos Corporation and Active Voice. All companies were NASDAQ listed with the exception of Ekos.
Harold also was a general partner in Trinus Partners a seed venture fund and was associate professor of industrial design at the University of Washington. Additionally he was chairman and CEO of Amnis Corporation a biotechnology start-up.
Harold received his master’s of fine arts degree and bachelor’s degree in industrial design from the University of Washington.
