Harold Bordwin joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2007. He serves as a Managing Director and Co-Group Head of the Real Estate Services team focusing on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing and sale lease back services, real estate lease related services, including negotiation, modification and termination of leases.
Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Harold was the President of Keen Consultants where he worked for 19 years. Previous to Keen he was an associate in Los Angeles at the law firms of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, and McKenna, Conner & Cuneo. With nearly 20 years of real estate consulting and transactional experience, he has negotiated the sales of properties, leaseholds, and businesses nationwide and provided expert valuation and in-depth real estate workout services for retailers, financial institutions, and corporate clients. Clients included Foot Locker, Bank of America, Citibank, Arthur Andersen, and Spiegel. He has testified as a real estate restructuring expert before the U.S. Judiciary Committee, and has been quoted in several major newspapers including the Wall St. Journal.
Harold holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC, and a B.A. from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. |
