Harold Carpenter serves as chief financial officer and a member of Pinnacle's leadership team. Carpenter was previously lead financial manager for First American Corporation's Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana operations, responsible for managing $11 billion in earnings assets with an annual expense burden of $260 million.
Carpenter joined First American in 1998 during its merger with Jackson, Miss.-based Deposit Guaranty Corporation, where he had served for three years as chief financial manager of the company's business units. His previous experience includes work in Shreveport, La. for Commerce National Corporation as controller and KPMG Peat Marwick as senior manager.
Carpenter holds a bachelor's degree and a master's of business administration in accounting from Louisiana Tech University. |
